To make online fee payments for Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), you can:

1. Go to the VTU Examination Documents page
2. Click the SBI logo on the right side of the page
3. On the SB Collect page, accept the terms and conditions
4. Click Proceed
5. Select F-FEES TO BE PAID BY STUDENT-EXAMINATION from the Select Payment Category drop-down menu
6. Enter the calculated fee amount for the document you're applying for
7. Pay with a credit card, debit card, or net banking
8. Download the e-Receipt in PDF format 
    

You can't apply for VTU applications by email. You can apply and pay through the Electronic Document Delivery and Tracking System (EDTS) at https://eddts.vtu.ac.in/.
